Terms of Service

Fair rules. Plain English.

Last reviewed: May 6, 2026. By using oopsmethod.com or buying a course, you agree to these terms. If something isn’t clear, email eddie@oopsmethod.com before you buy and we’ll explain in plain English.

The plain-English version.

  • You’re paying for access to a course and a community. Use them. Show up. Do the work.
  • The 14-day money-back guarantee is real. If the method isn’t for you, email us and we refund. No interrogation.
  • Don’t share your login. One person, one seat. Founder Tier is for the founder, not the team.
  • Don’t copy the course materials and sell them as your own. Use the templates inside your own life and business as much as you want.
  • Don’t be a jerk in the community. We will remove people who are.
  • If we ever disagree about something we can’t resolve over email, the rules of the State of California decide it, and the venue is San Diego County.

1. Who we are.

“OOPS Method,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to OOPS Method, operated by Eddie Flores, based in San Diego, California, United States. “You” means anyone using the website oopsmethod.com or any service we offer.

2. What we provide.

The OOPS Method course is a self-paced video curriculum, a set of Notion templates, a community of students, and (for some plans) live calls and 1-on-1 access. The exact deliverables for each plan are listed on the pricing page. We may add to or refine these over time. We’ll tell you before we remove anything substantial.

We are coaches and educators. We are not licensed therapists, financial advisors, attorneys, or medical professionals. The course is for education and skill-building. It is not a substitute for professional advice.

3. Eligibility.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must have legal authority to enter into this agreement on your own behalf or for any business you’re buying for.

4. Your account.

One person, one account, one seat. Don’t share your login. We can detect concurrent sessions from different cities and we’ll lock the account if it looks like sharing. If you have a real reason for unusual login behavior (you travel, you’re on a VPN, you have multiple devices) email us first and we’ll whitelist you.

Keep your password secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. If your account is compromised, email eddie@oopsmethod.com immediately and we’ll help.

5. Payment, refunds, and the guarantee.

Payment. Course access activates after payment clears. We use Stripe for card processing. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax applies where required.

The 14-day guarantee. If you decide OOPS isn’t for you within 14 days of purchase, email eddie@oopsmethod.com and we’ll refund your purchase. No interrogation, no “but did you really try.” The refund posts to your original payment method within 7 business days.

After 14 days, the purchase is final. We do not pro-rate or partially refund. If you have a hardship and need to discuss, email us and we’ll talk.

Founder Tier seats are limited and refundable on the same 14-day terms. Once a Founder Tier seat is refunded, it goes back into the pool for the next person.

6. What you can and can’t do with the materials.

What you can do. Use everything inside the course (videos, templates, frameworks, prompts) for your own life and business. Copy the Notion templates into your workspace. Adapt the systems. Teach what you’ve learned to your team and family in your own words.

What you can’t do. Don’t republish the course videos, transcripts, or written materials as your own product. Don’t sell access to your account. Don’t scrape or systematically download the content for redistribution. Don’t use the OOPS Method name, logo, or framework names to brand a competing product.

If you want to write about OOPS publicly, that’s great. Quote, link, attribute. We’ll usually amplify it.

7. Community conduct.

The OOPS community is a place for entrepreneurs to be honest about what’s breaking and ask for help. To keep it that way:

  • No hate, harassment, or personal attacks.
  • No spam, no DM pitches, no MLM recruiting, no “hey check out my course.”
  • No sharing private community posts publicly without the author’s permission.
  • Disagreements are fine. Disrespect is not.

We can remove anyone from the community at any time without refund if they break these rules. Account access to the course materials remains; only the community access is revoked.

8. No guaranteed outcomes.

We believe in the method and we use it ourselves. Many students get real results. But we cannot promise a specific business outcome (revenue, productivity, peace of mind) because the outcome depends on your work, your situation, and a thousand things we can’t control. Any income claims, testimonials, or success stories represent the experience of those specific students and are not a typical, guaranteed, or expected outcome.

9. Intellectual property.

The site, course, written content, audio, video, frameworks, and Notion templates are the property of OOPS Method (or our licensors) and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own life and business as described in section 6.

10. Disclaimers.

The site and the course are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or course will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any specific outcome will result from using them.

11. Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent allowed by California law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the course will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities, even if we’ve been told they were possible.

Some states do not allow exclusion of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold OOPS Method, Eddie Flores, and any contractors or affiliates harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site or course, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination.

You can stop using the site or course at any time. We can terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms (sharing accounts, abusing the community, scraping content, or similar) without refund. If we terminate without cause, we’ll refund a fair pro-rata of any unused, prepaid period.

14. Governing law and venue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the site or course will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Nothing in this section prevents either of us from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

15. Changes to these terms.

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll update the “Last reviewed” date at the top and email anyone with an active subscription or course purchase. For minor edits (typo fixes, clarifications) we’ll just update the date. Continued use of the site or course after changes means you accept the updated terms.

16. Severability and entire agreement.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and OOPS Method about the site and course.

17. Contact.
